Ohio – The Heart of it All, December 2012- Horses and Heels, a savvy, practical, and diverse fashion blog, presents Glitter.

Glitter is a new tack line for the individual who wants to stand out in and out of thearena. The ultimate in sparkle and something new that hasn’t been done before in the equine world. A throwback to the cowboys and cowgirls of old Hollywood that graced the silver screen in the 1950’s where looking good was as important as being tough, smart and kind.

Each piece of leather is hand painted with loose glitter to create a look that is brilliant and strong. Not for the meek, pieces can be customized with different colors & designs. There are also two different application techniques. – Solid glitter and glitter wash, which is a more opaque look that is especially suited for tooled leather.

Only the finest leather and hardware is used for all round looks, function & quality. We will also glitter pieces that people already own to update & up the glam.
