Hair Styles for Spring
I think every new season needs to come with updates not only to our wardrobes but our beauty routines as well. And hair is a BIG favorite of mine to play with. Obviously if you have read this blog for any length of time you know I love coloring my hair. This may not be your thing but I thought it would be fun to share some of my favorite styles to consider for the upcoming season. And since I am on a mission to make each and one of you fearless in your style choices, these looks are not your typical bobs with blonde highlights.
My current color and yes it is purple
I am loving color, texture, big waves, and edgy lines for Spring 2013! Spring is the perfect time to experiment with fun cuts and color because of the carefree feel of the season. From hair chalks to clip in extensions, you don’t have to make a long term commitment to any crazy color. And for those who are ready to take a leap to a shorter cut, just do it!! Hair grows back and a great stylist can help with any awkward regrowth stages. Another fun addition I believe every woman should own is curling rod. Different from a curling iron, the rods can give that great messy wavy look which is still a hot look. They do take a little getting used to but once you figure it out the results are gorgeous. I also have a 3 barreled curling iron I love for a bit wilder look like the one above.
Now remember, ladies, it is always best to consult a professional like those at Rush Canterbury (for our UK readers) when trying anything to drastic. What plans do you have for your tresses for the upcoming season?

I LOVE your hair Danielle!!! I also love the colored ombre styles!! I think I might purchase a curling rod and try that..I’m not very good with hair styling, but we’ll see how the rods work out!
