I myself have never just really loved peacocks. I had an incident when I was 5 years old that involved a very wild attacking ninja rooster that attacked me every time I stepped out the back door. One day this ninja rooster got a hold of me pretty well down at the barn and well, he is no longer with us. I grew up in the country and have rodeo’d most of my life so I understand things happen and I was raised you just get up and dust yourself off but, the memory of this wild rooster has never left my thoughts. Due to this fact any animal resembling a rooster or any bird species for that matter is kept at arms length from me.

My cousins always had peacocks in their backyard and I remained to be very leery of them throughout the years but, I always recognized the beauty of these animals. A peacock has so many gorgeous colors in their feathers that you cannot help but to be in awe of these animals.

This spring I want you to be prepared for a Peacock Spring. Colors in clothing, makeup, and decor are peeking out all over.  Look up close at these gorgeous colors and see what you have in your closet that is similar.

If you happen to be missing a few pieces, well… I think that’s just a reason to go shopping!  Take a look at some great peacock inspired items.
