Stylin The Baby Bump Cowgirl Style
I am the first person who will climb upon a soap box and fight for western fashion’s honor. I believe cowgirls DO have great style. We are trendsetting, fabulous, couture loving, stall cleaning, red carpet walking, horse showing fashionistas. So I have a question for you all.
WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND CONSTITUTES THIS AS STYLISH MATERNITY WEAR FOR COWGIRLS?!??
These aren’t even the worst . The next set have tiny pics because I think even the store knew they were hideous and didn’t want to show a full size image.
So while you all are looking drop dead stunning in your fall fashions, I am rocking a State Fair circa 1989 look. Heck, I might as well rat my hair and get stirrup pants. Note to designers out there: Cowgirls have babies, and we still want to look fabulous and represent our western style. Please don’t make us into a bad cliche. It makes me cry and eat cookies, and them I end up spending too much money so I can look glam.

I am now thinking I need new project! Maybe WG needs to design a maternity line for fab cowgirls.

I totally agree stylish western maternity wear is a great idea! I thought each time I got prego that and found nothing that would do… definitely get busy designing that maternity line!

I can not believe people are selling those things! Too funny. I just had a baby boy in July and throughout my entire pregnancy I searched for “western” maternity clothes to no avail.
