Hide And Seek Part Uno..

I was recently asked what a cowgirl’s wardrobe staple was. Of course first off I said “jeans”. But of course, I couldn’t forget our boots. And of course our belts, those are  so important. Oh, and jewelry, cowgirls have impeccable and fun taste in jewelry.  As I sat and really thought about it, those of us who live the western lifestyle and covet fine western fashion have many things we could classify as staple pieces. There is a reason I prefer to drive to our travel destination rather than fly. The amount of luggage I bring would break the bank with airline charges.  But one thing I think is truly special about western fashion is our leather goods.

I am talking about luscious, luxurious, soft, and scrumptious leather. The feel of it, the look of it, and the attitude behind embodies the cowgirl spirit.

So this week, I am going to be showcasing some lovely leather looks for this season and that are destined to send you head over heels for hide.

Today we are starting off simple with dark as night leathers. I feel every woman should have a black leather jacket. Its looks rich and elegant dressed up for a night on the town but equally as stunning with a tee, jeans, and your favorite boots.

My picks for this iconic style are simple yet awe inspiring.

This lambskin beauty by Stetson has a James Dean feel about it. So simple, yet has that rebel rockstar appeal

This blazer style by Kippys has a classic cut but cutting edge detailing.

Embrace your inner biker babe with this Ed Hardy jacket.

This STUNNING creation from 3 J workshop, is by far the piece I am desiring most this season.

Every cowgirl needs some Double D in here closet, this jacket is perfect for the rebels out there.

Stay Pretty..

Danielle

That Double D jacket is stunning! So edgy with a touch of vintage, and finely tailored! Going to have to remember that item for when I have a girlfriend! :)
