A cowgirl can never have too many boots. And like I have said in past posts, I am in dire need of a few pairs that live the life of luxury and don’t slave daily in the barn. Now being a fickle fashionista, I lose interest in thing easily. It really takes something special to capture my eye. Something that is trendy yet classic, exudes high quality, and makes you just want to touch it. I am a tactile person, if materials don’t feel or look luscious, I am not interested.

A cowgirl can’t accessorize with trophy buckles alone. Sometimes we need a little more flair and a punchy feel added to our ensembles. I will be the first to admit that if in need of a new buckle I raid my hubby’s buckle case. But a girl needs something special once in awhile. Well luckily there is more than enough boutiques offering fun alternatives to our oh so special trophy buckles.  Embellished with everything from turquoise, multi colored beads, pictures, catchy sayings to molded into some conversation starting shapes.  With the selection out there, my trophy buckles may be getting rest and only coming out for shows.
